- No. When you are directed to the PayPal website, instead of signing in or creating an account, keep scrolling down and you can check out as a guest by using any one of the four major credit cards. If you already have a PayPal account, you may use it.
- What types of payment are accepted? »
- We accept purchases made with a MasterCard, Visa, American Express, or Discover credit card. We also accept purchases made with a PayPal account.
- Is it safe? »
- By using the services of PayPal to process our transactions we gain an incredibly high level of internet security to pair with our own secure website.
- Can I use my child’s leftover Trading Post money on the Camp Anokijig Online Trading Post website? »
- At this time, our software and database program does not allow for this service. However, we understand this is a desirable and valuable feature for our camp families. We are continuing to research an alternative to this issue and will make updates as necessary. You can review our Trading Post Money Return Policy on page 5 of this document.
- Are exchanges or returns available? »
- Yes. We want our customers to be 100% satisfied. If you are not happy with your purchase, please contact us to set up a refund or exchange. 920-893-0782 or email: heidim@anokijig.net. We will honor exchanges or returns of unworn or unused merchandise within 30 days of the purchase date. We will refund the value of the item and any taxes you were charged (excluding shipping and handling charges). If we made an error during the packing and shipping process, we will also refund your shipping.

- We recommend you return the incorrect item, for which we will give you a refund, minus the shipping. Then, contact the camp office, 920-893-0782, or go back to the Camp Anokijig Online Trading Post to place a new order. We apologize for any inconvenience. - Please clean any garments and repack items in sturdy packaging. Include the packing slip you received with the shipment. If you have misplaced the packing slip, include a note with your full billing and shipping address. We also ask you indicate the reason for the return to help us keep track of any recurring problems with a particular item.
